It is conceived as an open and evolving environment, where hosting, gathering, and presenting work naturally coexist together.
For NICHETTO®, the apartment becomes a natural extension of the studio’s identity.

Projects are not simply displayed.
They are experienced through use, context, and interaction.
The layout unfolds through a sequence of rooms defined by material, colour, and proportion.
At the entrance, a filtering element partially reveals the kitchen, creating a gradual transition inside.
The dining area becomes central, organised around a large table that encourages encounters and meaningful shared moments.
Furniture and objects are fully integrated into the space, forming a lived-in expression of the studio’s work.
Materials shift across the interior, from warmer tones to more precise elements.
Surfaces, light, and objects work together to define atmosphere.
Upstairs, the space becomes more intimate, designed to host collaborators, designers, and guests.
Each area maintains its own identity while remaining connected to the whole.
The apartment adapts continuously to different uses, from informal meetings to dinners and temporary stays.
